I have found the Leadership training programme run by Javelin, as being an excellent way to learn more skills, to improve your leadership styles and also to have an impact on your day to day life. Personally I am much more aware of the impact that I have on others and being aware is an amazing thing for me as it opens the door to be able to change the way I do things and watch the different the effects that happen. I would strongly recommend this course to anyone who is looking to improve upon their own leadership skills.
